Diego J. Peña has more than 36 years-experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating labor & employment, personal injury, wrongful death, business, commercial and oil & gas cases and disputes. Mr. Peña serves as a labor arbitrator for the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS) and an employment arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He is also certified and qualified to conduct court appointed mediations in civil cases pursuant to Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 154.052 (a).

Our offices are located in Fort Worth, Texas, approximately 30 minutes away from DFW Airport. Mr. Peña is willing to arbitrate and mediate matters in other locations in and outside of Texas.
