Diego Peña and Family Diego J. Peña has more than 36 years-experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating labor & employment, personal injury, wrongful death, business, commercial and oil & gas cases and disputes. Mr. Peña serves as a labor arbitrator for the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS) and an employment arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He is also certified and qualified to conduct court appointed mediations in civil cases pursuant to Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 154.052 (a).

Peña Arbitration & Mediation Group prides itself on its integrity and neutrality. As an arbitrator, Mr. Peña listens carefully, applies the controlling law to the facts and delivers intellectually honest decisions. During arbitration hearings, he does not take over the parties’ cases and he does not second guess attorneys. He studies all briefs, case summaries and evidence provided by the parties.

As a mediator, Mr. Peña listens and asks questions. Parties in mediation can expect Mr. Peña to prepare carefully, ask tough questions, isolate key disputed points and work hard to achieve resolution. Mr. Peña is a not a “number carrier” and will not waste time sharing “war stories.” He will pro-actively work the parties in an honest and fun way, all the time guiding them towards a positive resolution.

Our offices are located in Fort Worth, Texas, approximately 30 minutes away from DFW Airport. Mr. Peña is willing to arbitrate and mediate matters in other locations in and outside of Texas.
